At ApeSurvival, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
